No doubt the best roofer in town. Javier says what he means and means what his says, not to be dramatic. We recommend the USA General team without reservation. Searching for trusted, quality craftsman, including a quality roofer, was an exhausting, daunting and frustrating task; we almost gave up in despair. The home we purchased this past year was re-roofed as part of the owner transition. This company is fantastic. This was the fourth of four of companies that I called for roofing estimates, and the one I chose for my home.The president of the company, Javier Olmos, gave me an estimate and guided me through the insurance process. He gave me insight and expectations of what was to come in terms of costs and labor. Not once did I feel pressured to sign with them, as Javier the president is very humble and always willing to answer questions. He will never assume and always looks out for your bottom line. USA Genral contractors INC Services has been amazing! I love them. They are professional, super laid back yet responsive and always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Anytime I need a new roof or want something done on my house I go straight to them because they do an awesome job!
