This is a comment regarding the hospital cafeteria at UMC surgical hospital at Gorge Dieter.
The cafeteria is operated by Luby's team, and we are amazed by how professional and caring the team is.
Most people dislike hospital food. But here, they make really good meals and treat each patient and visitors so kindly.

I went in this morning to have my blood drawn, and the young lady who helped me—Karissa—was absolutely amazing. She was thorough, kind, and incredibly patient. She went above and beyond to explain and made the whole experience so comfortable. Her bedside manner was outstanding. Thank you, 🙏 for such exceptional care!

...1st time to this clinic...I took my mom here for scheduled visit with provider Sonia Alvarez....very attentive to my mother's needs, provided me with the information I requested....thank you to all the staff from the moment we walked in until we ended the visit with Ms Alvarez...
