I am very happy with the customer service I received, both in person and through text messages. Every time I reach out, the staff is responsive, answering my questions and helps me with my prescriptions. They have even assisted me with I needed a prescription refill while out of town on short notice due to work. They truly understand my needs and always provide supper with genuine care and interest. I highly recommend Sunrise Infision! The quality of service is excellent. The staff is very professional, especially my nurse, Liz, who was extremely knowledgeable and caring.
I was a little nervous to go since I saw some bad reviews on the friendliness of the staff, but I had a very pleasant experience! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and kind. They were not rude in the slightest. The only thing that surprised me was that I had to inject myself right then and there with the pharmacist. I thought I was going to take the meds home and do the first injection when I was ready. Not a big deal, I wanted to wait for the nighttime but I guess it’s better that I got it done in front of a professional so I know what to expect next week. All in all I would definitely recommend this place!
