Ted’s Pool Service was always on point from the start. I’m glad I found them, at the time we needed to clean and repair our filtration system that was damaged by the previous contractor. Ted came professionally analyzed the system within seconds told us what was required. Professional, punctual, straight forward, no additional costs!! Family friendly!! If anything additional was required or needed Ted would consult & advise cost effectively! No nonsense excuses, every cleaning we received a receipt displaying the status of our pool, PH Levels, what was done or what needed to be done. Highly recommended!! Ted was able to diagnose my control board and pilot issue. Got them working in a timely matter. Had a couple over companies but previously and was really dissatisfied with there service. Definitely recommend him.
I had a local pool company that I had used prior come out for my pool/spa heater not clicking on and was quoted a $4,000 heater replacement. I called Ted’s Pool Service and he came out ($100 service charge), readjusted all connections and heater has been working without issue since. Another instance, my spillover spa was having flow issues while filter running and draining issues while filter off and Ted was able to troubleshoot issue over a phone call. Would recommend his services to anybody having issues!
