I believe all medical professionals do their best to help their patients with their issues BUT their phone service is terrible. I've been calling since yesterday, several times a day and at different times, but no one answers. I am out of a prescription and wanting a refill but no one answers.You should either get better phone service or set up your phones to go to a medical assistant or voicemail so that patients can leave a message and patients aren't have to deal with possible side effects of not taking their meds.This is not the first time I've had an issue with the phones, it happens constantly. I am deeply saddened.
This was my follow-up appointment and the Physician Asst. He is so extremely knowledgeable and quite professional!!!On this occasion, the front desk young lady was kind.Thank you for the excellent service today!!! ?
Y’all my sister recommended me this place and WOW WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Everyone was so incredibly kind, funny and professional. I wish I could give it 10 stars because the experience was just fantastic. Thanks y’all!
