I want to thank the office staff and Dr. Machorro for the five years of care and support they provided my family. We went through a lot together and I truly appreciated the moments of help and support.
With that said, I am very disappointed in how our relationship ended. After five years, receiving a dismissal letter because of missed appointments felt disheartening, especially since I have always been responsible about rescheduling when unexpected things came up. Life happens, especially with children, and I always did my best to communicate and make things right.

Dr. Machorro is a kind and very knowledgeable doctor and I was so grateful that she was my daughter’s pediatrician for the past year. As a parent, she always thoroughly explained everything we discussed at our visits and she encouraged questions. The few times my daughter was sick, we were able to schedule a visit for the day of to get her in to the office.
There is room for improvement with regards to wait time, but in my experience that seems to be a problem at many doctor’s offices.
