Not only was the initial service prompt and professional, but Joseph went above and beyond by making a weekend visit just to ensure everything from the previous’ day work met my expectations.
It's rare to find that level of dedication and customer care these days. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in making sure his clients are comfortable and satisfied. I’m forever grateful to Sun City AC for going the extra mile by installing a new AC unit for my daughter’s home, giving her same day service. They understood that as her parents living so far away, we couldn’t bear the thought of her suffering another day while waiting for the necessary funds to arrive from an investment account.
