Impressive customer service!!! They were very honest, respectful, and hard working. They promptly answer phone calls and text messages. Superb! Don't look any further.... I'd definitely recommend Strauss Heating and Air Conditioning.

Professional and great service. Furnace stopped working and they were out that same day to take a look. They didn't have the part on hand to fix but returned the next day to replace what was not working. The tech was very thorough, explained clearly what the issue was and ensured the furnace was fixed and working well again before departing. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Will definitely choose this company again in the future.
