If you’ve never been to the chiropractor before i highly recommend coming here! Nice clinic and people, professional and very experienced. Before i started getting adjustments i experienced a lot of pain from a car accident i had been in a few months ago and getting treatment here was one of the few things that really helped me w my pain. Pricing was fairly well for the work and investment they put into their clinic. We spend our money on so many other things it’s worth putting the investment into our bodies!!!

We are really blessed to have Dr. David Sime in El Paso. Among former special Ops old dudes and guys still practicing sports when they shouldn't we call him " Magic Hands " . After a car accident where a car drove into my taxi; I had severe neck and shoulder pain. I went through several months of treatment in my rehabilitation. Dr. Sime brought a systematic and wholistic approach to my treatment. His staff is very professional and super friendly. His practice is always packed so you absolutely need to call in advance. You can also receive massage treatment when needed and these are truly epic.
