Servpro East came through quickly. Called thinking my appointment would take a couple of weeks. Was promptly given an appointment that worked for me. The gentleman that came to do the work was very professional and explained to me the work before and after work was completed. He answered all my questions. If I ever have any more work for Servpro, will definitely without a doubt call Servpro East.

My elderly parents had a flood in their home, and Servpro was recommended by our insurance company. We were completely happy with with Abraham, the production manager, and his entire crew. The crew was very considerate, and very respectful. The project from the flood was taken care of in a timely manner. And all questions were answered at all times. When we called the service pro for anything, they answer quickly and got us answers very fast. We would recommend and use service pro again.
