Of course during the holidays we would have plumbing issues in the kitchen sink. However, Roto-Rooter and their technician Mr. Raul stepped in to assist. He came the next morning after our call and worked out our issue while educating us on what the problem was. He also told us how to prevent the problem, what to do if it occurs again, and gave a warranty regarding the work. This is such a relief during this stressful time. I am truly appreciative of his patience, dedication and help. 10 out of 10 from this experience! I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Raul for your plumbing concerns.

Gus and his team were fantastic. They spent two full days fixing a major issue with old cast iron pipes. The first day they squeezedv is into their already full schedule and they arrived on time as scheduled and began the work immediately. The quality is the work was superb and they didn't leave a major mess for us to clean up afterwards.

This company really came through for me a couple weekends ago! I came home, on a Sunday evening, to a backed up toilet and bathtub. I started calling different plumbing companies but of course no one answered on a Sunday evening. I called Roto Rooter and sent someone out to my house within the hour! They let me know of the price up front which was nice. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly and Jose, who came to my rescue, was also super friendly and knowledgeable!
