In less than 1 year I had a problem with a new furnace & AC unit and called for service. I left a message and never received a return call. I called multiple times with the phone ringing for minutes without answering. When I called from another number, I was sent to voice mail again. No response to text message. Eventually I did receive a call back and learned that the business has two phone numbers advertised but one is more closely monitored. The next morning they arrived and quickly addressed what turned out to be a simple problem and I was back in cool air again.

Update on first review. I eventually received a call back and apparently there are a couple of phone numbers for different individuals. When we were finally able to talk, they apologized for the confusion over the phone numbers and made an appointment to come out in the morning. Ray was prompt and quickly found a simple problem and soon I was back in cool air. If i had been able to get through the first time, the service would have met my every expectation.
