From the moment we walked into Pumping Ink, we were welcomed like old friends. Ashley at the front desk was incredibly friendly and had us checked in and ready to go in no time. While my husband was getting his tattoo, she even let me explore the owner’s shop on the other side of the building (even though it was closed) — and it was seriously impressive.
The owners happened to stop by while we were there and made a point to come over, introduce themselves, and say hello. They were so kind and welcoming, which really made the whole experience feel even more personal.
