You are first to show up at 8:00 to find out they don’t open until 9:00 am bcs the internet was not revised on opening. So they took the payment bcs they take the insurance then make you wait after paying 2 plus hrs

It's so unfortunate that even with these reviews, there is no improvement on the part of the staff here. I understand the wait times being long when you are a walk-in, but it is utterly ridiculous to be waiting 3-4 hours when you HAVE an appointment. The fact that people who come in after you are seen and leave before you makes it worse. Not to mention that once my brother went to the doctor and was there until the evening, and the staff had FORGOTTEN about my brother and almost closed without him being seen. My mom just went in for an appointment today, and the receptionist at the front said she wasn't in the system for an appointment. 😑 Not to mention whoever...read full review

The staff is extremely unprofessional. I walked in and was not greeted at all—just looked at and then ignored. It is also important to clearly explain any specific billing or visit requirements to patients, which was not done. The front desk staff should be replaced with individuals who have proper customer service skills and better bedside manner
