Love this pllace. Dr. Alluring and the rest of the staff are amazing and truly respect Vets. No crazy wait times and appointments are very reasonable. Makes the whole VA system easier to have these CBOCs for Vets to use as opposed to the main VA which is a complete nightmare.
I have been to this VA a handful of times, and I don't recall ever having a negative experience. It is located on the second floor, and the staff has always been courteous if I had questions. There is plenty of parking in the front, with several handicap spaces near the front entrance.
This place is to busy. They say they can take walk-ins Appointments but in reality they look to busy. So they will send you to a Urgent Care Clinic where you have to pay a co-pay. Trying to set up an appointment? Good luck 8 months if you lucky to get one.
