Lady Nail Spa is a welcoming place where customers feel happy and cared for. An older male customer enjoyed his first pedicure and plans to return monthly. Regular visitors appreciate the great job done on their nails, although there was a minor issue with polish that was quickly fixed at no charge. Despite sometimes busy wait times, the staff takes their time to ensure quality service, leaving customers satisfied, including a daughter who loved her acrylic nails.
If you’re looking for a salon with new management that truly values quality service and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend giving them a try. Since Mimi is a new manager , the salon feels more welcoming, organized, and customer-focused. Thank you, Mimi and the team, for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back! My father, an older male, went and got a pedicure, (something he would never dare do) and was offered a manicure as well, he went ahead took it... Well he came home super happy! I want to thank who ever helped him! I appreciate you making feel good about it. He wants to go back once a month!
I usually come here to get my nails done & they do a great job. For some reason this past time I went the polish didn’t dry right so it was bumpy & the polish was peeling. I went back & the guy fixed it right away at no charge. They have great customer service ?❤️
