I love my berry lash experience this time around. When I walked in I was greeted by Savanna, she was very helpful and nice . Natalia is my eyelash tech and she is my absolute favorite! Not only is she good at what she does but she is so cool and sweet ! I love my lashes !!

I wish I had went to this location to begin with. I initially had the royalty set done at the Cimarron location. Within two days I had lost about 10 lashes on one eye and the set didn’t look like the picture I was shown initially. As a first time customer I was disappointed. I decided to call this location within the 3 day grace period and I was scheduled an appointment immediately. I told them about the fallout I had with the lashes and how it didn’t match what I asked for. The tech listened to everything I said and they redid my set free of charge. Came in for a lash removal after a bad experience at a different salon. They took me in right away and victoria was so nice and patient getting them removed! I will definitely be back to get my lashes done soon
