This a great store with a huge selection of hair products. Customer service is great but there hair extensions are pricey. Unfortunately their is an extra fee for any card services so have cash in hand for your purchase.

Overall this place is great place to shop and the new location is a lot more spacious and accomdating, however I'm giving 3 stars because I just bought a pack of human hair extensions that were pretty expensive and was assured they would suit my hair. However, when I tried them on at home, they were way too thin for my hair, even though they came in 9 pieces. There was one weft with two clips and one had even fallen off right out of the package. No one explained that they could not be returned if I opened the seal on them, and so now im out $80+ on something I will never wear and it is very disheartening. 3.5 star rating. Huge store compared to Sally's beauty store & customer service is way better. You can find wings, lashes, hair dye, hair/beard clippers just to name a few that they have
