Romina was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She really listened to what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations without rushing or pressuring me. My Husband and I usually shop at other locations for quite some time, today we were in need for travel items as this is our first time in this location, everyone was nice and welcoming, i was helped by nice ladies Michelle, Sansara, Romina and the other girl with long black hair… I know holidays can be stressful for retail workers but we were mindful. We will be shopping here more!

The end result was excellent—exactly what I was hoping for, if not better. The attention to detail and care they put into their work really showed. Also, Binna was so gentle!
