Medical visit, from the moment I spoke to ask they were very kind! Dr. Caballero was very professional explaining the procedure in detail. In general, everyone behaved very well, being very patient with my child who was the patient. Thank you so muchMedical appointment, since I called to ask for information they were very kind specifically Cindy. Dr. Caballero was very professional and explained in detail the process for my son's examination. Overall they were very helpful and patient to my kid. Thank you staff!

5 stars for the doctor. 1 star for the staff. The doctor was very thorough and spent time to make sure everything was correct and well explained. Called weekly for 3 weeks for my contact trials. It wasn't until 3 weeks passed that they looked to find they never ordered them. Contacts didn't work out so I went in to order lenses. They said I already used my insurance. I ensured them I hadn't. I showed them the insurance website info. They basically said to bad. They weren't willing to call the insurance to check and didn't even suggest I call them. They were just done with me at that point. I went right home and ordered my glasses online using my insurance, no problem...read full review

Do you ever wonder how long the song from Mickey Mouse's Fantasia is? Call and they'll have you on hold long enough to listen to it multiple times.....After a while the frustration of being on hold matches the tempo and volume of the most suspenseful part if the song
