The trainers are very good, extremely knowledgeable with the training programs. I have been exercising most of my life but have never looked and felt this good before. Will highly recommend!

BioMetrix!! I have to say that I will be reaching a year with the BioMetrix family in August and this place is changing my family's life! Interesting story: 6 years ago we tried out BioMetrix and we fell in love with the idea that this place was an all in one inclusive body analysis and fitness center. No other place to our knowledge was bringing together nutrition, blood analysis, and personal training all while tracking & modifying your progress. However we quickly hit a wall in the gym as routine and exercises were excessive and over bearing. Almost impossible to succeed we just couldn't follow through. Needless to say we felt hopeless. Fast forward to 2021- After a life of quarantine and entering later stages of our thirty's. We were desperate to find an answer to better our health and physical shape. We believed in the idea of what BioMetrix had to offer, but we were still afraid and skeptical of that over bearing wall we would possibly hit. We decided to give it one more try. To our surprise there were fresh new faces and a very positive vibe. It actually felt like we could possibly BELONG here. What hooked us in was how we were greeted by one of the trainers. So energetic and welcoming, it hadn't felt like this before. "My name is Daniela and I can't wait for you all to come train with us"! Nervous and hopeful we hit the program with open hearts and trust, hoping we would survive a week. It was different! Everything was achievable, a program designed to our personal pace. Before it felt like we were tasked with100 berpies in under a minute, leaving us concerned and hopeless! We quickly learned that it was the leadership and ideas the trainers brought together that was pushing this forward. Raul, Daniela, Abe and Ale were all pushing this mentality and program forward, and were making a difference, and a huge impact on everyones life (we know cause we've talked to most people who work out there). Its been FIRE! Soon they added Jay and he just added fuel to it, just an absolute lovable, kind hearted human being, a perfect fit with the others. We've quickly gained a trusting, amazing relationship with all the trainers, that we decided to include our 12 year old daughter in to the mix! I love and look forward to working out every day, and that's something I've never said before! I feel amazing and compared to a year ago, definitely see some physical changes. I love this team, they are my family! And recently they've added some new trainers. Yoshi and Pranav who are pushing the vibe forward and bringing new elements to the table. I highly recommend BioMetrix because of this team. There is a price, but completely worth it!!! As I like to say, we either pay the price now, or pay the price at the hospital later, eventually we will pay. Let's feel good while we pay!

I've had memberships at other gyms and even had some online training plans. The difference here is what works best for me. The trainers keep me motivated, positively reinforce progress no matter how small, and correct and guide me when I need to adjust my mechanics when doing a movement incorrectly.I've never been one to look forward to working out, but these guys have definitely changed that. They learn your name and greet you each time. Prices are reasonable considering how much each component would cost you individually. It's up to you to take advantage of what is offered with your plan. If you stay consistent, you'll see and feel the changes in a matter of a few months.
