After being in a car accident and having severe pain, coming to this place has been such a blessing. The staff is super kind, accommodating and supportive. I 100% recommended Carolina Hernandez for massages. Every time she knows exactly what to do to help even things that I am not aware of, she truly has a gift with her hands. Dr. Jose Muniz is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient. If you are looking to uplift yourself and heal, this is definitely the place! I am so grateful.

DOT physical headquarters. Dr. Joe and his excellent staff pay attention to details. Supersedes any truck stop experience in Horizon. Offers truck parking in the back. I do recommend setting up an appointment they are busy because they are good. This is also a full-time rehabilitation and chiropractic center. I cannot recommend enough.

Dr Muniz has been the only chiropractor to help my neck problem. I’ve been to like 4 other chiropractors and they could not help me. Dr Muniz has so much knowledge and is an expert in his field. He cares about the patient and is thorough in their treatment. I enjoyed all my visits with him and his staff. Vanessa, Stacey and Angela are super sweet and helpful. Dr Muniz is a God sent. I will be recommending him to my family and friends. He is truly the Best chiropractor in town.
