I don’t want to let time pass without expressing my deepest gratitude to Legacy Chapels who recently took care of us when my mom, Yolanda Cantu, passed. From the very first phone call to the final moments at the cemetery, their team showed us nothing but grace, compassion, and patience. They made one of the most painful experiences of our lives feel supported, organized, and gently guided. Bianca was the first to welcome us and walk us through everything. Mrs. Gonzalez and Evelyn were consistently available and present throughout the viewing, along with Bianca. There was also a tall gentleman whose name I sadly can’t recall, but he, too, was incredibly kind and helpful. When it came time for us to do my mom’s hair and makeup, the entire team checked in on us, offered support, and gently reassured us that she looked beautiful. That meant so much. The funeral director, Lee, went above and beyond—even riding with us to the cemetery to ensure we were okay. Every single staff member treated us with care and respect. They handled every detail with such ease and never once said “no” to anything we needed. Monica, who led the rosary and sang so beautifully—thank you. You brought peace and presence into the room during a deeply emotional moment. It was clear that God’s presence was with us throughout the entire process. I will never forget the way Legacy Chapels cared for our family—and for my mom—with such reverence and love. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Our mother passed away in San Jose California and Mr Lee did everything for us from the very beginning. I appreciate everything they did for our mother.
