Not only does this business treat its clients poorly, but also guests that are invited by the clients. Head owner and primary assistant have been explicit about their hostility and unprofessionalism towards attendees and musicians that are invited to the funeral services on the client’s behalf.
Preserve your relationship with your friends and family during a season of loss and do not book here despite the low price tag. Your guests’ dignity will be left at the door.
I recently went to a family-owned service and in terms of quality/price it really is a very good option.
We received friendly and personalized treatment from the owner.
The facilities were very well attended and the whole family really liked the religious coffin, which was what we were looking for.
Literally so bad like no joke. They need to learn how to be nice to the people that are having a hard time with their family members passing away. Dude literally so rude for no reason. So bad.
