“I went to the ER late Sunday 10/20, and the triage nurse was a nightmare. She was rude, uncaring- simply awful. When you have to go to the ER and you are scared and in pain, the last thing you want to encounter is someone like Nurse Ratchet in triage. That was my first impression of the ER. Once I got to the treatment rooms - everyone was wonderful. My nurse Christian was so caring, as was Heather. There was another nurse that was so kind as well, and I hate that I didn’t get his name. The doctor was great. All in all, It was a good experience except for triage.“
