Optical Boutique and Eyecare, located in Dallas, offers eyecare services and products. They are known for their friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff who provide exceptional customer service. Customers appreciate how attentive the team is, especially when accommodating children, making them feel comfortable and not afraid. A recent visitor praised the staff for their patience and flexibility, especially with a young child.

The staff’s professionalism and kindness have made many customers feel valued, with some choosing Optical Boutique as their new eye care provider.

While the staff is highly praised for their service, there have been some issues with product delivery times. One customer waited six weeks for glasses, despite usually receiving them within a week, and there were communication issues with the office manager about the status of orders.

Despite these problems, the business’s owner, Dr. Gloster, receives positive comments for being an excellent part of the eye care team. Overall, Optical Boutique and Eyecare is known for friendly staff, good customer service, and a flexible approach to customer needs.
