My appt time was 10am, and it's now 10:44, and I'm told Dr. Burton is running behind and there are 2 people ahead of me. Their first appt time is 8am, so in less 2 hours, they're already 45+ minutes behind. I've come here for years and really like Dr. Burton, but I may have to look elsewhere. Also, I scheduled this appt 2 months ago, because it was their first available.

Sadly, my time here has come to an end. Dr. Burton is amazing, however, it takes more than a great doctor to keep a business/practice open. I've called multiple times to schedule an appointment and no one has answered. I left a message and no one returned my call. You have to call to check on the status of your order as the calls/texts to the customer is no longer the standard. I stopped by on several Fridays only to find a sign on the door that they'd closed early. There's one employee in particular who used to provide good service, but that was only when they weren't on the phone via their air pods, otherwise, you'd be rushed or made to feel like a you were an interruption....read full review

I love Dr Burton but the wait time is too long. My appointment was for 10am. It's 10:36 and I still have not been call back. I'm glad I only have to come once per year. I wonder if I came almost 40 minutes late would they still take me!?
