3 stars because my nails are nice, but my pedicure I do not like. They were done by the older lady I told her I wanted tips place on my big toes because I like the fuller look because my nails are small but my toes are big. She asked the younger girl and she came over and said I didn’t need them but that’s what I wanted. Nobody wanted to do it because she was done. But I wasn’t happy. When I said I didn’t like it I can tell they started to talk about me. My translator was on but I paused it so I caught some of it just know I won’t be back. I the customer was not satisfied. Henry gave me THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. The bonus was such an amazing massage! I usually feel like the massage portion is rushed anywhere I go but I feel I got the full amount of time here finally.
We were very rushed and the lady was VERY aggressive with my nails. She gave me lots of little cuts on the sides of my nails, they hurt the rest of the day, and I put medicine on them to relieve it. The nails look fine. I did a gel only on my own nails, but I didn’t get a massage and they didn’t clean the nails or do lotion or anything. So you get the nails and that’s it. My friend was with me and we wanted it to be a cute and fun time together, but it was kinda rough.
