I was really disappointed with my experience at this office. I needed what should have been a fairly straightforward school physical and a form signed, but somehow the process required THREE separate appointments. What I expected to be quick and simple became unnecessarily long and drawn out.
Dr. Holsten is nice enough personally, but everything moved incredibly slowly. I also came in with concerns about ongoing back pain and vertigo, and neither concern felt appropriately addressed. This is a very low budget and poorly run clinic. The nurses are nice, but I can’t get my prescriptions refilled. Last time I ran out I called repeatedly, and after not being able to reach anyone I had to go into the office and they told me I needed an appointment. They didn’t seem to care that I didn’t have my very important prescription. I also had to go in 3 times just to get a physical done. Last year I got an unusual letter in the mail saying that one of the doctors was under a restraining order. Very weird. Their phone system doesn’t work and the voicemail is always full.
