The Carpet Guys provide great and outstanding work, offering services like carpet steam cleaning, general carpet cleaning, and vent and duct cleaning. Customers have used them for many years and call them back, reporting a great finish product. They are always quick to respond and get customers on their schedule. Every person sent is very professional and provides exceptional customer service, with staff noted for being patient, polite, and taking their time to explain services. They help move furniture and assist with spot treatment, going above and beyond. Customers are very happy with the outcome, highly recommend the business, and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Bryan and Leigh Ann, the owners are the best! I have used their service for over 20 years and they have always been dependable, cost is reasonable and quality is great! Not only do they take care of your carpets but try them for your air ducts and dryer vent cleanings. Give them a call, you will not regret it!
Thank you so much to Brian (Bryan?), Leanne, and Gideon for helping me and providing such great service! My apartment flooded due to a plumbing leak, and Brian and Leanne showed up within an hour and cleaned everything up, ran dehumidifiers and fans for 2 days, and Gideon installed brand new padding and cleaned my bedroom carpet so it looks like new! Y'all do awesome work and I'm really grateful for everything y'all did! 10/10!
