Professional and honest. We got a guess-timate over the phone based on my pictures and verbal description but he also gives the exact price after seeing in person, but before beginning, that is very fair. My house smells so good. I can't believe how good my two glider recliners look. He got the toddler stains off! The price was very reasonable and he took great care with cleaning the carpet. 100% happy and absolutely will use again.
I have used Eric O'Bryan for more than 10 years. He is always professional, friendly and does an amazing job on my carpets. I have also used him for some smoke damage and he was able to salvage my carpet and couch. You won't regret using this company.
Eric did a wonderful job fixing a big hole in my carpet that was caused by my dog! He was extremely professional and kind. I appreciated his willingness to work with my schedule. If I ever need anything in the future, I’ll be giving Eric a call.
