Our first attempt to repair our Kenmore/LG refrigerator with a Sears-supplied Contractor wasn’t good...slow, not knowledgeable of Kenmore, and minimally fixed the refridge...it barely kept cold. On next attempt, I requested a Sears, not Contractor, technician. He showed up on time, was courteous, and recharged the fridge with Freon...after 5 days, it appears to be cooling fine. Recommend when calling for service that you strongly request a Sears, not Contractor, technician.
My washing machine was not working. The technician was on time and fixed it quickly. When I called to schedule an appointment the person tried to sell me the appliance service for 49.95 and would not take no for an answer. The technician also tried to sell me this service. I just wanted to pay for the call and not have to continually say no.
