Found most all my Christmas gifts here. Awesomeness. Had an exchange to do today and the cashier started giving me a run around. I asked to speak to the manager and Minet(hope I spelled right) came to the rescue. She knew exactly what she was doing and so very polite. She fixed everything and had us on our way in a hurry. I am amazed how awesome she was. Thank you so very much. This is why we keep shopping JCPennys

The Jewelry sales are my main reason for shopping here. And of course, Sephora was a big draw in as well. I was optimistic about Jcp Beauty opening in Sephora's place.. Because what else could a girl do? Sadly, Jcp Beauty was a big flop. I would compair it to the beauty section of a tiny Target. When it comes to Jcp as a whole, the options in most departments were lacking. If I'm shopping in store it's because I need to physically compare product in order to find what works best for me. I did however, find several children's outfits that look great on my girls.One last thing... Why...WHY would there be ONE checkout counter open on BLACK FRIDAY MORNING?? My husband has been coming to JC Penney to get his dress clothes since he started working when he turned sixteen. He's always liked the selection of clothes and different brands they carried. We haven't had to buy clothes for him in a few years, so when we came in to purchase new clothes for him a couple of weeks ago we were shocked because they had hardly any men's dress clothes. They had a few racks of dress pants, even less dress shirts, not many ties, and only one small rack of suits. We were looking for dress pants and shirts. We left with only two pairs of pants.
