I went into your 1800 S Loop 288, Denton, Tx location to see if I could have 2 pair of glasses refitted or replaced. Rosalyn was quick to help me and said they just needed refitting which she did for me right then. She was very helpful and pleasant and said there wasn’t even a charge for that service even though I said I didn’t think either pair came

Went here to get my annual eye examination done and to update my prescription. Originally I was going to get an exam done in-person then order a glasses frame and lenses online but the service here & brands of frames available at this store changed my mind. I had a smooth and comprehensive exam from Alvaro, the tech who was assisting me, and Venessa explained the breakdown in costs for the exam+new frames purchase, after insurance. Will absolutely go here again.
I recently came into America's Best after having a mishap with my glasses. I had already resigned myself to the fact that I was going to need to replace my all-time favorite frames with a new pair of glasses. I was certain there was no saving them. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I brought them in and Cheya took a look at them for me. She tinkered with them for a few minutes and they were basically good as new! I'm truly grateful for her help. I was not looking forward to dropping a couple hundred dollars on new glasses when money is as tight as it is, especially when needing to replace my favorite frames with something different.
