I had an excellent experience with Window Craft. My salesperson was Pat Oroark. He was absolutely the best, honest, transparent, and fast! I got burnt with another window supplier that had me waiting on windows for over 4 months and Window Craft got them for me in 3.5 weeks. I am so appreciative to them for helping me in a crunch!

Great customer service and they do everything, they even have teams of installers that are professional and true craftsman! Our windows are saving us a ton of money on the electric bill, there durable and beautiful. We’re beyond happy with WindowCraft!

We recently purchased a home built in 1994 and discovered the pivot hinges/pins were broken on several windows. The first local company I called for Vision 2000 Window replacement parts was a frustrating experience. The owner was gruff, irritable and short: Customer service was not his strength. He requested a serial number from the window. The only visible number I could find he refused to accept. I hung up so angry and upset.Thankfully, I called a second company, Windowcraft.
