Let me tell you how it is. I bought my windows and sliding glass doors from them like maybe 15 years ago and have been having a problem with a sliding door for maybe 5 or 6 years that to me was very annoying. On a lark i looked up my papers and found their phone number not knowing if they were still around. I called the number and sure enough they are still around with reason. They asked my problem and made an appointment to take a look. When making the appointment I just asked if a Richard was still with them and sure enough he was and is. I cannot begin to explain how happy we are with our custom windows from Thermal Windows J&M Glass. John Toland and his team are exceptional!! We have a classic mid-century Ju-Nel home with a courtyard and needed custom windows to line the entire front of our home. John understood exactly what we envisioned and had already installed the same type of windows on many mid-century (modern) homes in our neighborhood. I just used J&M for the 8th time. As always, the windows are perfect, quiet, and super easy to operate. I've used them 8 times because I buy and renovate high end homes and these guys are my go to for quality, service, tidy installations. Their prices are always on point as well.
