I had a great experience at Ulta! Nick did an amazing job with my cut and style—I absolutely love how it turned out. He was personable, friendly, and made the whole appointment fun and comfortable. There was a small issue with the pricing I was charged, but Tiffany, the Experience Manager, handled it quickly and made everything right. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

I went in to purchase a straightener and a new blow dryer brush. Jamiee helped me and was great. She listened to what I wanted and directed me to the right products. She provided excellent guidance. It was a great shopping experience.
