Thourough and I like him
The doctors have been helpful. Staff member Evelyn is rude and does not seem to pay attention to her job. Was told files had not been received yet they had been. When trying to get results, she was insensitive, and when I asked to speak to another staff member, she placed me on hold and then hung up. Feels very ugly to be treated this way when seeking medical support dealing with chest x-rays and severe sickness. Just looking to get results be on the road to recovery.
I hadn't seen a doctor in years - literally .. I committed to myself that this is the year that I'm going to the doctor & getting healthy .. my blood pressure was dangerously high, along with high cholesterol & being pre-diabetic & Dr Rogers has carefully created a treatment plan that I feel comfortable with .. he was very honest with me & pulled no punches, which I greatly appreciated .. I'm so impressed with both the Dallas & the Mesquite locations .. everyone is professional & friendly, kind & caring && they're fast!
