Darren is so fantastic. He has handled all of our puppy visits personally 6 times a week. He is professional, on time, reliable, trustworthy, loving to our puppy and quite the dog expert. I cannot more highly recommend him, especially for working professionals who need someone they can rely on during the day for their dog or puppy care. Darren gives status reports via his ultra convenient app every visit - even when he visits multiple times per day - which often include a picture where you can tell Teddy is having the time of his life. He is quick to notice medical or training things and relays them to us immediately. He truly cares about our little guy - last night, when there was a thunderstorm, Darren messaged us to check and see how Teddy was doing with his first thunderstorm. Lastly, Darren is consistent with our positive-only training methods; anyone raising a puppy knows how incredibly important that is. With Darren's help, our puppy stopped having regular potty training accidents after being home just a week! We would love to be regular clients of his for a long time.
We have used Pawfessionals for a number of years for both dogs an cats. Care has been great! This time they sent pictures of how the cats were doing which I very much appreciated. The cats are always calm when I get home. Darren is a very caring person!!
