Scheduled an appointment for a beard trim, was referred to schedule with Roxi. Immediately upon arrival, I was welcomed by Roxi in a very friendly manner. No wait involved, and once in the chair, we discussed what I was looking to get done for my beard and was very mutual agreement of what we were aiming for. Was not rushed at all, so that was a huge plus. Went into a small room and had the hot towel treatment, very nice touch as part of the trim. I will absolutely be back again to see Roxi. 5 star rating in my books!!
