The staff is known for being helpful and kind.

I’m in Dallas for a conference and visit about four times a year. I’ve always wanted to check out Mokara Spa, so I was really looking forward to the facial I had reserved.
Unfortunately, after sitting for quite a while, I found out that the person scheduled to do my facial wasn’t going to be arriving. Definitely disappointing, especially since I had been looking forward to it!
But this is where the experience completely turned around. As I was leaving, I met Luna, who could tell I was disappointed and offered to give me a beautiful blowout instead. She was AMAZING. Before that, Sylvia gave me the most wonderful fresh wash, and she was equally fantastic.
Really impressed with how they handled things. They went above and beyond. Five stars well deserved.

Ivy was my massage therapist and she was phenomenal! She was a like a magician with my muscles and was able to release some knots that I’ve had for a while. She was very knowledgeable about the body and how to release the muscles with various techniques. I was very impressed. She was kind and professional and I highly recommend requesting her for your next massage!!
