Lady in first station on the right.. she has been there forever.. she has become a bit rude and always in her phone… you can be in your phone but not while clipping and filing my nails. Certain points I can feel the burn of the acrylic liquid down to my nail bed plus filing my skin . At certain point she nipped me and that was the last straw and I withdrew my hand. I have been a customer off and on for some time. My nails came out thick and bulky. I let her finish but just know I won’t ever be returning. Be careful with them as well. They will try and upcharge you without you knowing what they’ve done but won’t let you know when it’s time to pay.Service: Manicure

Fastest eyebrows wax I've had in my life I had to tell her twice that I was not satisfied and when I finally got out of her chair I was still unsatisfied Worst eyebrows wax EVER!!!!

Im a loyal customer. Ive been coming 3 years to the same person. I came for a basic fill and polish change not my usual full set with gel polish and pedicure. Im used to their aggressive up sale tactics, but this time it was different. My nail tech kept cutting me and had a really bad attitude. I didnt tip bc i didnt like the work, i like my nail’s square not tapered square. She was very rude and glared at me. Keep in mind im a loyal customer and i normally tip, the services rendered were basic and again she had a bad attitude once i told her i was only getting a fill and polish change.
