I want to express my sincere gratitude to Arrington Roofing, and specifically Brooks Arrington, for his prompt response and exceptional service. After discovering an interior ceiling water leak at my house during the weekend rainstorm, I needed an urgent fix. I got in touch with Brooks on that following Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday afternoon he was on-site diagnosing the issue. Brooks conducted a thorough inspection of every roof penetration and located the source of the leak. All final repairs were completed by Friday, just in time for the next rainstorm.
Thank you, Brooks, for your outstanding attention to detail, business acumen, and unwavering customer focus.
