Life Time Dallas offers an athletic club experience with a variety of amenities. Members can access an extensive fitness floor, participate in unlimited studio classes, and enjoy facilities like basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and a men's locker room with a hot tub. While the facility may be smaller compared to others, it boasts a well-equipped weight-lifting area and machines. The spa-like experience, particularly the men's locker room hot tub, is highly praised. Additionally, the beauty services are available to both members and non-members, with positive reviews for the exceptional work of the staff. The facility is generally clean, with helpful and kind staff. However, some customers have noted that the presence of people selling products at the entrance can be an annoyance. Overall, Life Time Dallas is considered one of the best gyms in the area, though the increasing membership fees have been a concern for some long-term members.
Coming here for several years and did the job. Paid over 200 for the location honestly. Sauna/steam were nice, hot tub was never hot. The Alpha classes are high energy and fun but the weight room feels crammed and dated. To add Pilates is the same cost as any other boutique Pilates membership. Mainly came for BBall runs and Volleyball which is being shut down like every other gym unfortunately. The staff was always friendly and welcoming.
I love everything about this lifetime fitness. I took my daughter there from the time she was a few months old up until we recently moved to another city and the women there were so great with her! They have like 10 squat racks so I rarely had to wait to get a workout in. The cafe to work was such a nice addition. Sometimes I go up there just to work and have a latte.
You truly know the quality of a gym by how they treat you when you cancel your membership. I recently moved and had to cancel, and it was as simple as making a phone call. I am really gonna miss working out here! I hope they put a lifetime fitness in Bishop Arts!!
I’ve been training with Coach Joe P for the past few months and have had a great experience. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. Every session has been challenging, well-structured, and tailored to my needs. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great coach.
