Jordan and Bryce were very inviting. I had never taken a self-defense class and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Right away they introduced me to techniques that were easy to grasp And not intimidating. I felt comfortable From the very beginning. I signed up for a year of self-defense and am excited to regain my power. If you are a beginner or looking to continue your Martial Arts practice, Premier Martial Arts Lakewood is a place I would definitely recommend.
We had an amazing experience with this martial arts program, especially with Coach Bryce and Coach Jordan. They were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive with my four children. They truly understand how to teach kids and manage the “chaos” that can come with a group of little ones while still keeping everything organized, safe, and engaging.
My children learned real self-defense skills, but just as importantly, they had so much fun doing it. Beyond the techniques, we saw a real boost in their confidence, self-esteem, and discipline, which has carried over into their everyday behavior.
