I will not be returning to this location took my dog here to get groomed and she came back with fleas. Our dog has never had any issues and this store is the only thing we've done differently. Look out for your animals and do not go here.
Came in to shop for my cats while I waited for an appointment next door. Four beautiful kitties on display for adoption. I have 5 cats at home, and my boxes NEVER look this dirty. Looks like they haven't cleaned out the boxes in a week. Disgusting. They're already trapped in a 3'x3'x3' space. Petsmart, do better. Sweet adult cats especially, deserve much better.
Highly do not recommend for grooming. My dog was traumatized for 2 days after a visit from here. My yorkies have always gotten groomed, but this location seems to always have a problem with them and charges me handling fees and I have never experienced this from other groomers with them.
