When we initially got our mortgage 15 years ago, we were traditional W2 employees and the process was straightforward. Fast-forward 15 years and my partner and I are both self-employed. Even trying to refinance with our previous lender, with whom we have an immaculate reputation, proved almost impossible.That's when Google led me to John at Investors Developers & Associates.
