We just recently closed on our new home and Gentec Mortgage made the entire process super smooth and stress free! The process for us was easy and simple from the online application to how we downloaded documents. Demond was great, he gave us a weekly update on where we were but was also was great about communicating with us through out the week! Let me tell you that before Gentec Mortgage we had started with a different company and our experience was very opposite! We were not informed detail by detail of what kind of loan we were getting into, in fact we were almost being told what we were getting rather than us choosing or getting options. Thankfully Demond and Gentec Mortgage walked into our lives and was able to create an acceptance letter that same day for us to make an offer on our now owned home! If you are contemplating, DONT! Gentec mortgage was amazing for us! They really do go above and beyond for you, so much than on our closing Demond ended up saving us the entire amount of our closing cost ( close to 5,000 dollars) and we ended up bringing to closing basically just our down payment!! I know this review is long but because that’s how passionate we are about this company and the work they did for us! Demond, thank you so soo much!!
