The service department is the very reason to own a Mini (aside from the obvious just fun to drive car). For the past 3 years this team has taken care of my Snooki (my JCW) and kept her running fast and smoothly from basic maintenance to even when she did have a small but legit problem. I literally drive 5 hours just to get my Mini serviced with this group rather than closer options. If Oscar isn't your service contact, he should be. Always makes me feel like a VIP and would definitely buy another Mini and keep brining it back to him.
