Amazing Service!!! Luis from Metro Garage Door in Dallas was standing in my garage 45 minutes after I called the office. I backed into my door (don't ask) and bent the bottom panel, the glass window shattered, and rollers came off the door. He repaired everything, even bent that panel back as much as he could to make it look better, knocked out the rest of the glass and swept it ALL up, replaced the rollers, etc. etc. What a fantastic job he did. They will reorder the bottom panel for me when I call them and did not pressure me into anything else. I will NEVER call another vendor!! Thanks, Luis, so much.
